🚀 About the role

As a Production Technician at Kilter, you will play a key role in building, testing, and improving our agricultural robots. You will work hands-on with assembly and production of the Kilter AX-1, while also contributing to troubleshooting, quality control, and continuous improvements.

This is a practical and technical role where you will collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, and service teams to ensure we deliver robust, high-quality machines to farmers.

🔧 What will you do as a Production Technician at Kilter?

• Assemble and test Kilter AX-1 agricultural robots and subassemblies

• Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding on mechanical and electrical systems

• Contribute to quality control and production documentation

• Support continuous improvements in how we build and deliver our robots

• Provide feedback to our developers based on hands-on experience

• Prepare finished robots, assemblies and components for delivery
