Kilter develops groundbreaking technology that addresses major challenges for farmers in a sustainable way. Our fully automated agricultural robot, Kilter AX-1, represents a paradigm shift in weed control. Using advanced AI and patented nozzle technology, AX-1 precisely targets weeds without harming crops or soil. This reduces herbicide use by up to 95% and increases crop yield by up to 35%.

🚀 About the role

You will join a small, agile product team working across a broad portfolio of products — from the AX-1 (our autonomous agricultural robot) and Kilter Farm (our web-based farm management and administration platform) to Kilter Remote (the mobile app farmers use to configure, monitor, and control the robot in the field). Beyond these core products, our portfolio also spans data collection tools, AI classifier tooling, and hardware components, and it will continue to grow.

At this stage we do not have dedicated product owners per product, so you need to be comfortable moving between different product contexts and picking things up quickly.

You will work closely with Engineering, Commercial, Customer Success, Operations, Fleet Monitoring, and Operations to translate farmer and market needs into clear requirements and drive delivery.

🔧 What will you do as a Product Manager at Kilter?

• Contribute to product discovery and roadmap work across the Kilter product suite

• Run customer interviews, field visits, and pilots with farmers, dealers, and partners to identify real problems and validate solutions

• Write clear product requirements and work iteratively with Engineering through development and release

• Engage with regulatory requirements relevant to AgTech products as part of the product development process

🎯 You most likely have

We don’t expect you to tick every box — you likely have experience in several of these areas.

• Relevant experience as a Product Manager at a software company, or a company combining hardware and software

• Experience writing structured product requirements and driving them through delivery

• Strong analytical skills and comfort using both quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions

• Clear, direct communication in English
