Shifting the western diet towards vegetables and feeding 10 billion people requires that we do things differently. We need more yield on less field and give back the land we have borrowed from nature. Kilter develops technology to solve real problems for the farmer, ensure good plant health and enable us to eat more sustainably. The challenges for future generations need to be solved today.

Kilter AX-1 is the first fully automated farming robot that uses a Deep Learning Neural Network to map its way around weeds and crops and carefully drop a precise amount of herbicide directly onto the weed without touching the crop or soil. Our patented nozzle technology reduces herbicide usage by 95%.

  • We do our best to get an answer back to you as soon as possible. Sometimes, it might take us a bit longer than others. But, never more than a week! It depends a bit on the type of job, and we process applications continuously. Sometimes it takes time to find the right match. Contact us in the chat if you think it has been a long time!

  • We form the recruitment process as follows: application, first talk with the recruitment team, first-time interview, case interview, and finally a final talk with the manager's manager. All processes might be a little different, we believe in beeing flexible, but most have the same framework.  

  • GDPR is the abbreviation for General Data Protection Regulation, also referred to as the Privacy Regulation. This is a regulation, or a new privacy law if you will, which was adopted in the EU and entered into force on 25 May 2018.

    The whole point of this new law is to protect personal data and the processing of these in the EU. That is, to check that personal information about me and you are collected and taken care of in a secure way, and at the same time give users more rights when it comes to our own information.

    As a member of both the EEA and Schengen, the law also applies to Norway. This means that all Norwegian companies have to comply with the new privacy regulation, regardless of size, as long as they receive and process information that can be linked to individuals. Be it customers, stakeholders, or own employees.
